About Us
Constable Reitz and some of his team have been process serving for over 30 years. We have 1 full time deputy constable who serves businesses during the day. We currently have 5 deputy constables and 2 P.I.’s who work nights and weekends throughout the Salt Lake and surrounding counties. All of our deputy constables are POST certified, and uphold those values, expectations, and certifications. We also have several office assistants who do the data entry, billing, processing, research, handle phone calls, and interact with clients. Constable Travis Reitz has just been appointed as a Utah County and Salt Lake County Constable. Travis was a Deputy Constable working for Bob since 2001. Before attending the academy, Travis was a process server. He brings a lot of experience to Utah County. Travis upholds the same standards, values and work ethic as Bob and his office. Company history
Bob has been serving process since 1970. He started Bob Reitz Constable, Inc. back in 1993. We have done work for most of all the major firms in Utah and surrounding states. We have or are currently working with many federal and state governmental agencies, including FCC, Utah State attorney generals office, Price City, Office of Recovery Services, DOPL, University of Utah, United States Attorney Generals Office, and the SEC. We have handled every type of service and situation. We have experience in serving employees and company owners to settle labor disputes, handling recovery of stolen property, Recovering children from unauthorized parents, Cleaning out multi million dollar houses to settle divorce proceedings, simply serving a summons, and everything in between. Bob resigned as a Constable July 2019 and The company continues to be run by the office’s of Constable Travis Reitz and Constable Jeremy Reitz. |
