A:Generally speaking it is $20.00 for a service fee and $2.50 per mile from the court that issued the paper. The best way to find out is to use the Service Calculator call our office (801) 255-5468.
A:A constable is similar to the civil division of the Sheriff’s office. We have gone through to police academy and are special function officers. Constables execute process service on court orders. The biggest differences are they don’t get any public funding and they have state wide jurisdiction.
A:According to Utah Code § 78-27-58, only Peace Officers, Constable’s, Sheriff’s, or lawfully appointed deputies of such officers, authorized state investigators, or licensed private investigators may serve them.
A:If you were personally served with the court order and you fail to appear, the court may order a warrant for your arrest.

A:Your paper will go out for service the day we receive it, unless we are waiting for payment, and we will generally try 2-3 times a week until it gets served.
