About Us

Constable Reitz and some of his team have been process serving for over 30 years. We have 1 full time deputy constable who serves businesses during the day. We currently have 5 deputy constables and 2 P.I.’s who work nights and weekends throughout the Salt Lake and surrounding counties. All of our deputy constables are POST certified, and uphold those values, expectations, and certifications. We also have several office assistants who do the data entry, billing, processing, research, handle phone calls, and interact with clients.

Constable Travis Reitz has just been appointed as a Utah County and Salt Lake County Constable. Travis was a Deputy Constable working for Bob since 2001. Before attending the academy, Travis was a process server. He brings a lot of experience to Utah County. Travis upholds the same standards, values and work ethic as Bob and his office.

• • Deputy Reitz- Bob was one of Utah’s Salt Lake County Constable’s. Bob oversees all the day to day operations. He examines every paper that comes into and goes out of our office to make sure it meets the regulations of the law. Bob assigns everybody’s daily workloads.
  • Jeanne- Jeanne is the lead assistant office personal. She trains new secretary hires, handles the client’s accounts, does data entry, and does the billing and accounts receivable.
  • Deputy “Hoss” Madsen- Deputy Madsen works the downtown area. Hoss delivers orders to the businesses of downtown Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, and lower Davis County. He also helps in keeping relations with our downtown clients and those he comes in contact with.
  • Constable Jeremy Reitz- Officer Reitz does data entry, helps with the research, helps with keeping the books, most of the information technology, processes papers, maintains the website and serves court orders at night.
  • Brad- Brad is our full time runner. Brad picks up and returns court orders to our clients and several of the courthouses. Brad also helps around the office, and is a private investigator.
  • Sherri- Sherri is part-time doing data entry, and has been helping doing locate work, she also helps with phone calls in the morning.
  • Deputies Rigby, Storrs & Liddiard, are our part time deputy constables, our Private Investigators Brad & Richard Garner. They, along with the others above, have geographical areas in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding counties where they deliver court documents at night and on the weekends.

Bob has been serving process since 1970. He started Bob Reitz Constable, Inc. back in 1993. We have done work for most of all the major firms in Utah and surrounding states. We have or are currently working with many federal and state governmental agencies, including FCC, Utah State attorney generals office, Price City, Office of Recovery Services, DOPL, University of Utah, United States Attorney Generals Office, and the SEC. We have handled every type of service and situation. We have experience  in serving employees and company owners to settle labor disputes, handling recovery of stolen property, Recovering children from unauthorized parents, Cleaning out multi million dollar houses to settle divorce proceedings, simply serving a summons, and everything in between. Bob resigned as a Constable July 2019 and The company continues to be run by the office’s of Constable Travis Reitz and Constable Jeremy Reitz.
